The Elixirr Digital Team is made up of over 50 talented, innovative digital marketing specialists covering a variety of skill sets, and we’re all passionate about delivering top-notch services for our clients.

A friendly and collaborative environment

Although our experts cover a wide range of different specialisms, we are-first and foremost- a team. We work together every step of the way to make sure we go above and beyond for our clients.

Communication is vital, which is why we have monthly meetings as a company to share any important information, news and project updates; as well as any new account wins.

Everyone shares the same goals and ambitions; supporting each other whenever we can. Our experts host regular knowledge shares and internal training sessions to help develop everyone’s skill sets and interests surrounding the services we offer.

Life at Elixirr Digital

We proudly foster a hybrid working environment, giving our team the choice between working from home or working from one of our Colchester or London-based offices.

You can choose between two different shift patterns: the early shift is 7:45 – 16:30; the late shift is 8:45 – 17:30, and everyone gets a 1-hour lunch break.

You’ll get 25 days of holiday per annum, as well as all bank holidays. Three days are automatically allocated so the company can shut down between Christmas and New Year – allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities.

What it’s like in our Colchester office

Our office is based at The Octagon in the centre of Colchester, so there are plenty of things to keep you entertained during your lunch break! You’re just a short walk away from tonnes of shops and restaurants as well as some lovely scenic walking routes.

If you’d rather stay inside, we have a cabinet full of amazing books for our office bookworms, a foosball table and an arcade machine that includes classic games like Pacman and Space Invaders.

We make sure you’re fully stocked up on tea, coffee, snacks and soft drinks and we also host a bi-weekly breakfast club – a great chance to catch up with colleagues and feast on some delicious breakfast goodies!

What it’s like in our London office

Our swanky London office is in the heart of the capital and just a short walk from Liverpool Street train station. The office is fully kitted out with a large kitchen and a selection of private and open workspaces, providing the perfect environment to concentrate and get work done.

Being in London means you have access to an abundance of different shops and amenities, but you’ll often find a selection of baked goods available in the kitchen!
