Academy FAQs

To apply, start by finding the “Elixirr Digital Academy” listing on our Careers page. The listing will be open when we have a new edition scheduled so keep an eye on our social media and Careers page to be the first to know.

When the position is live, you’ll be able to submit your CV as part of the application process. Be sure to include details about your background, work experience, and any extra courses or projects you’ve completed, whether in school or independently. If you’re a self-taught developer looking to break into IT, feel free to share your GitHub portfolio—we’d love to see your work!

We also include some screening questions in the application form. Since a CV alone doesn’t always capture your interests, expectations, and future goals, we’d appreciate your insights here!

To ensure top quality, we limit the number of participants, so our selection process helps us find the best candidates.

The first step is a conversation with HR, where you can showcase your skills, motivation, and why you’re a great fit for the Elixirr Digital Academy. This discussion also includes an assessment of your English speaking abilities.

The next stage involves an interview with our tech experts and HR to gauge your tech skills, programming knowledge, and your demonstrated interest in the field of computer science. While we don’t expect candidates to be experts, we’re looking for individuals who have shown interest in programming and technology, either through tutorials, personal projects, or independent learning. This helps us make sure that you have the curiosity and foundation needed to thrive in our curriculum.

Requirements to join the course include an active interest in programming, demonstrated through prior efforts like completing tutorials, personal projects, or studies. Plus, basic knowledge of SQL and Python and English proficiency at level B2 or above are preferred.

We personally review each application, so the process may take some time. If you haven’t heard from us yet, there’s no need to follow up—we’ll contact you if your application moves to the next stage. We understand this can be frustrating but rest assured that every CV is carefully considered.
