What you will be doing as an Operations Analyst at Elixirr Digital?
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
- Support sales and revenue forecasting processes.
- Help analyze project profitability and client delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Utilize complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation of operational procedures and best practices.
Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for numbers and data trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, etc.).
- Familiarity with operational tools and business intelligence platforms (Power BI).
- Ability to work with large datasets and create meaningful reports.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
